Tuesdays Worship

We meet together for worship on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 am for worship, prayer and fellowship. Our sessions always begin by gathering with tea and coffee, followed by worship with a different speaker. We celebrate an informal communion most months. Anyone is welcome to join us - from any background.

A Time for Everything

This season, as journey through Harvest, autumn and Advent, we will be reflecting on the changing seasons and how, "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens". We look forward to welcoming a range of speakers over the coming weeks in our usual friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We usually celebrate an informal Holy Communion once a month. These mornings are marked with a * below. In the Methodist tradition, any who wish may receive in both kinds.

During Advent this year, we will be following the Methodist Church’s theme of ‘Hush the Noise’. This encourages us to hear again the song of the angels as we wait for the coming of the Christ child in our noisy world.

Please note there will be no meetings on 24th or 31st December. 

At our Shrove Tuesday service last year, we even managed to enjoy some pancakes together and not all of them ended up on the floor!
